  • 1 handful well-fermented Kimchi (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2/3 cup Water (approx. 130ml)
  • Vegetable Oil
