  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 pack Bean Sprouts (approx. 30g)
  • 1 pack Pickled Radish Wraps (approx. 20 sheets)

Delicious Mustard Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp Honey Mustard Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Oligodang (or corn syrup)
  • 2 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • 0.6 Tbsp Prepared Mustard (adjust to taste)
  • 0.6 Tbsp Lemon Juice (for added freshness)

Cooking Instructions

Begin by preparing the vegetables. Wash the red and yellow bell peppers under running water, then remove the stems and seeds. Rinse the bean sprouts thoroughly by soaking them in water and gently shaking them several times to remove any dirt or debris. Soaking the bean sprouts in cold water can enhance their crispiness.

Thinly julienne the bell peppers. Cutting them not too thick will make them easier to wrap and preserve their crisp texture. Try to cut them into uniform strips for a visually appealing presentation.

Now, prepare to cook the smoked duck. Since smoked duck is pre-cooked, this step is about gently heating it and rendering some of the fat. Preheat a pan over medium heat.

Whisk everything together with a whisk or spoon until well combined to create the delicious mustard sauce. You can adjust the amount of prepared mustard to your preference.
