Rosé Pasta Made with Cocktail Shrimp

Simple Rosé Shrimp Pasta

The weather is so hot lately, and I’m feeling sluggish. So, I decided to make my favorite rosé pasta with shrimp after a long time! #RoséPasta #EasyCooking I made this with a store-bought sauce! I could make rosé pasta and fried rice with fresh, prepped #CocktailShrimp!

Recipe Info

  • Category : Noodles & Dumplings
  • Ingredient Category : Seafood
  • Occasion : Everyday
  • Cooking : Stir-fry
  • Servings : 1 serving
  • Difficulty : Beginner

Ingredients

  • 1 serving Pasta Noodles
  • 10 Cocktail Shrimp
  • 3 strips Bacon
  • 6 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (for boiling pasta)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all your ingredients before you start cooking. Wash the cherry tomatoes, remove the stems, and cut them in half. Peel and thinly slice the garlic cloves. Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces, about 1cm wide.

Step 1

Step 2

Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Once boiling, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and the pasta noodles. Cook according to package directions, but remove about 1 minute early to achieve an al dente texture, as it will cook further in the pan.

Step 2

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden. Then, add the chopped bacon and cook until it becomes crispy and releases its flavor.

Step 3

Step 4

Once the bacon is nicely cooked, add the thawed cocktail shrimp to the pan. Sauté the shrimp until they turn pink. Be careful not to overcook them, as they can become tough. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the shrimp and bacon. Toss everything together gently.

Step 4

Step 5

Pour 3 tablespoons of the store-bought rosé pasta sauce into the skillet. Stir well to coat the pasta and other ingredients with the sauce. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften slightly. If the sauce seems too thick, add a little bit of the pasta cooking water to reach your desired consistency.

Step 5

Step 6

Finish by adding grated Parmesan cheese to taste for a creamy flavor, and sprinkle with dried parsley flakes for a touch of color. Stir everything together gently to combine.

Step 6

Step 7

Transfer the deliciously prepared rosé shrimp pasta to a serving plate. It’s best enjoyed immediately while warm!

Step 7

Step 8

For an extra touch, serve with a side of sweet and tangy pickled cucumbers to complement the rich flavors of the rosé pasta. Enjoy your complete and delightful meal!
