Heard that ramen with milk is lighter? This milk ramen recipe has been a go-to for me since forever! Especially since I love spicy carbonara, I prefer my spicy ramen with a touch of milk! It’s a comforting and indulgent twist on instant noodles.
Main Ingredients- 1 packet of ramen (choose your favorite brand)
- 300ml water
- 200ml milk
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Begin by bringing 300ml of water to a boil in a pot over high heat. A good boil sets the foundation for a delicious broth.
Step 2
Once the water is at a rolling boil, add the ramen noodles, soup base, and dried vegetable flakes. Gently loosen the noodles to prevent them from sticking together.
Step 3
When the noodles are about halfway cooked (approximately 2-3 minutes in), pour in 200ml of milk. This step ensures the broth cooks down smoothly without burning.

As the milk-infused broth comes back to a gentle simmer, stir in the ramen soup base. Mix well until it’s fully dissolved, creating a rich and creamy broth.
