  • 2 Tbsp Finely chopped green onion (plus extra 2 Tbsp for garnish)
  • 3 Tbsp Ground perilla seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Soup soy sauce (Gukganjang)
  • 1 Tbsp Fish sauce (Anchovy or similar)
  • 2 Tbsp Cooking wine (Mirin)
  • A pinch of black pepper
