Sauce Ingredients

  • Mustard Sauce 4 Tbsp
  • Plum Extract (Maesilcheong) 2 Tbsp
  • Prepared Mustard (Gyeoja) 1/2 Tbsp

Cooking Instructions

First, drain the oil from the canned chicken breast using a sieve, and lightly drain the pickled radish sheets. This preparation step ensures the rolls won’t become soggy and will maintain a neat shape.

Thinly julienne the yellow and red bell peppers after removing the seeds. Slice the onion thinly as well, then soak it in cold water for about 5 minutes to mellow its pungent flavor before draining.
