First, let’s gather your supplies: the ‘Cheoeumyoori Beef and Pear Puree Meal Kit’, a pot, 450g of cooking water, 3 baby food containers, a spatula, a fine-mesh sieve, and a blender.

The Cheoeumyoori Beef and Pear Puree Meal Kit contains two packages: ‘Rice Flour (Organic) 25g’ in one, and ‘Pear 10g’ and ‘Korean Beef (Antibiotic-Free) 20g’ in the other. All ingredients are carefully selected for your baby’s safety and nutrition.

Let’s prepare the Korean beef for your baby.
01. Keep the beef sealed and soak it in cold running water for 10 minutes to thaw gently.
02. Lightly boil the thawed beef to remove any impurities.
03. Combine the blanched beef with 150g of the cooking water in a blender and puree until very smooth. This ensures a silky texture that’s easy for your baby to swallow.

Now, let’s prepare the rice flour. In a bowl, add 25g of rice flour and 100g of cool water. Whisk thoroughly until there are no lumps. This step is crucial for a smooth puree.

01. Add the pureed beef and the well-dissolved rice flour mixture to the pot. Pour in the remaining 200g of water and stir well.

01. On high heat, stir constantly for 4 minutes until it starts to bubble. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium.
02. Continue to stir and cook over medium heat for 7 minutes, ensuring it doesn’t stick to the bottom. Frequent stirring is key to a smooth consistency.
03. Finally, lower the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the texture to thicken. Check the consistency afterward.
